The Sound of Bowie is a top-quality solo tribute to the late, great David Bowie. The show is performed by Martin Gough, whose incredible vocals have been lauded as the closest sound in the UK and Europe to the legend himself. Highlights from two recent reviews:

Martin now prefers to perform as himself to celebrate David's musical legacy with a voice is as close as you will get to the late, great man, all supported with studio quality backing tracks.

Alternatively, if venues and agents prefer, Martin is happy to adopt the latter-years look of David (as many will remember, David no longer dressed as Ziggy Stardust or Aladdin Sane in his 40s and 50s).

The show includes all the classic songs from across the decades, plus some great, lesserknown album tracks. Only high-end sound and lights are used, plus lasers and backdrops, to create a truly atmospheric live show. An add-on option at an extra charge, is to provide a 70’s/ 80’s Disco following the performance.

Martin has been a lifelong David Bowie fan. In bringing Bowie to life, Martin utilises all his experience as lead vocalist and guitarist in original indie bands, at key London venues like The Marquee, 100 Club and Fulham Greyhound together with many Universities and Clubs. He also had a publishing deal for his songwriting with Cherry Red, London.

This show is a genuine personal tribute to the star Martin has always admired. Martin has performed his Sound of Bowie Show for the past 12 years across the UK, Western Europe and even as far as Dubai.
